Didi (Qiudi Zhang) is a versatile singer and cross-genre musician capable of different styles of music and singing in multiple languages.

She graduated from the East Asian Studies program at Yale University on full scholarship and double-majored in Anthropology and Dance at the University of Washington. Didi was once the only Asian female member of the renowned Yale a cappella group.

After graduating from Yale, Didi embarked on the "Silk Road Journey." She worked for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Kazakhstan and later worked for the National Geographic Society of Kazakhstan.

During her time in Central Asia and the Caucasus, Didi traveled through countries such as Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and established her own red wine brand and cultural exchange company in Georgia, known as the "Cradle of Wine." She has been documenting her journey on her public platform on WeChat “在路上的笛笛”(Didi's Adventures).

Didi has collaborated with artists both domestically and internationally, adapting traditional and popular songs from around the world.

She has collaborated multiple times with artists from the Belt and Road Initiative, including Geo Folk polyphonic ehnsemble from Georgia and participated together in the "Belt and Road International Music Festival" in Shenzhen. Didi and Geo Folk also performed Georgian folk song Daval Mudam and adapted the Chinese folk song Love Song of Kangding.

Furthermore, Didi organized and invited dancers from the Grand Kiev Ballet to participate in the dance program "Let's Dance Together" in China. .

In 2021, Didi, along with classical guitarist Puxiaobo, also a Yale alumnus, co-founded the Glintwine. Simultaneously, Didi is recording her first music album, featuring tracks in Russian, Georgian, Kazakh, Polish, Armenian, and more.
